Our planning and design teams can help you with natural refrigerants including ammonia, low-charge ammonia, and emerging trans critical and subcritical CO2 solutions. All of our welders pass our welding procedures and are certified by a metallurgical laboratory. Our safety training is thorough and includes forklift certification, aerial work lift certification, general safety training, Hazmat certification and more.
Thermal Envelope Construction

Alliance is focused on constructing a vapor barrier of uncompromising integrity. We install insulated panel walls, ceilings, doors and freezer floor warming systems to create an integrated structure for buildings that require temperatures as low as -40 degrees Fahrenheit.
Alliance specialized thermal crews install panels of virtually any size and thickness available in a wide range of colors, finishes, dimensions and a variety of other unique options with USDA-compliant finishes available in siliconized paint, Plastisol and Type 304 stainless steel. In the last five years, we’ve installed nearly 2.5 million square feet in insulated metal panels (IMPs).

Our experienced, factory-trained technicians are available to assist you twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Whether your needs are routine service, establishing a preventive maintenance program, or emergency repairs, our highly trained technicians stand ready to respond quickly and keep your facility running at capacity.
The Alliance team of more than 75 full-time refrigeration engineers, designers, service technicians, plus Alliance partners with expertise in automation and controls all working together to deliver the best solutions to our customers.
With more than 520 food and distribution systems installed to date, we have experience in all major Freon and Ammonia systems.
Safety
We can provide all the services of a PSM/RMP Consultant including Program development, training, compliance audits, mechanical integrity audits, SOP Training, SOP development and review, P&ID corrections, and more. We are a full service PSM/RMP contractor for ammonia refrigeration facilities.
All of our field employees are trained and certified to drive forklifts and aerial lifts on our projects.
All of our employees at the very least receive ammonia awareness classes. Many of our employees receive Hazardous Material Technician Level training. Our foreman and service technicians are certified in confined space and site incident command. We have a program created to meet the requirements of OSHA training and can provide custom solutions to your needs.
