Responsibilities:
Fabricating with TIG welding.Install, modify, and make repairs to pipe, towers, exchangers, furnaces, and drums.
Prepare material for fabrication.Set up equipment and weld either pipe, plate or structural steel
Fabricating & MIG/TIGCut, thread, and hammer pipe to spec using power tools, cutting torches, and pipe threaders/benders
Assist crew in manual work in various ways to maintain job progress
Follow and work from blueprints, sketches, specifications, diagrams, schematics, work instructions and verbal instructions.
Qualifications:
2-5 years fabricator experience required.
Must be able to successfully pass in-house assessment test.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to travel 75% of the time
Hands-on experience in the layout, fitting and welding structural steel, pipe, and plate.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Forklift certification (preferred)
